Services
Websociate offers digital marketing, website and app development, LMS and e-commerce solutions, content creation, and other related services. All services will be outlined in a service agreement or proposal provided before commencement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate information required for the timely completion of services. Delays caused due to lack of communication or incomplete input will not be Websociate’s responsibility.
Payments
All payments are due as per the agreement or invoice shared. Delayed payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables (unless otherwise agreed). Websociate reserves the right to use projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All shared data, files, and credentials are treated securely and are never shared without permission.
Revisions & Support
We offer a defined number of revisions per service. Any work beyond scope or after the support period may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Websociate is not liable for any loss, damage, or technical disruption arising out of the use of our services beyond the terms agreed in the service contract.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In such cases, completed work must be paid for, and any pending dues will be settled accordingly.
